 We are a non-profit organisation established in 2024. Charity Registration Pending (Application No. 5281042)

Our purpose is to:

  • Provide health and fitness classes (chair yoga & tai chi) at the lowest cost possible (£1 a class) to the local community.

  • Create a social network and community for people who would otherwise be isolated and alone.

  • Provide free education via talks and lectures on health-related topics

  • Raise funds to provide activities that Improve the health and wellness of the Heston community  

Our long-term goal is to bring together everyone in the health and wellness space who operate in and around Heston for the purpose of providing their services to those who need it most.

We carry out all our activities for the public benefit without the aim of profit-making. 

To ensure the highest quality of instruction, HWC partners with Sefali’s Yoga Ltd to provide fully qualified and insured teachers at subsidised rates. This arrangement is overseen by our independent trustees to ensure maximum value for the Heston community.

We are currently funded by the kind donations of individuals in the Sefali’s yoga community. 

Through the local community, £1000 was raised for the Royal British Heston Legion which allowed them to replace their broken stairlift with a brand new one so that the elderly and disabled could access their upstairs hall. This, in part, lead to the formation of Heston Wellness Centre.

 We are currently running Chair Yoga and Tai Chi classes for the elderly in Heston for £1 a class. If you wish to help out by volunteering your time, please contact us. If you wish to help by making a donation please click here or go to the donations tab above.

 We are also applying for grants from the local authority to help fund our activities.
