Chair Yoga Classes at Heston District Community Centre are running from 19th January to 26th March 2026.

Tai Chi classes return from the 4th March to 25th of March 2026.

Monday 12 pm to 1 pm Chair Yoga (£1 a class)

Thursday 12 pm to 1 pm Chair Yoga (£1 a class)

Wednesday 1 pm to 2 pm Tai Chi (£1 a class)

Criteria

The age criteria is 65 years and over
