Arvind brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience across global operations, business transformation, and technology within the insurance sector. A senior corporate leader with extensive board-level experience, Arvind has successfully guided large-scale strategic initiatives, established global operating models, and steered substantial change portfolios.

Holding a Masters in Business Administration, and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Systems Engineering, Arvind combines broad strategic vision with practical execution. Arvind has served as Director of Transformation & Technology and Director of Operations for HDI Global SE (UK & Ireland), as well as holding senior international practice roles at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, and other corporate insurers in the London Market.
