Chair Yoga from 4th August to 28th August

Our next term of chair yoga classes for the elderly starts on the 4th of August. The term will run until the 28th. We have limited places. Please confirm you will be coming to the classes by booking your place now! The classes are every Monday and Thursday from 12pm - 1pm at the Heston & District Association Hall, Vicarage Farm Road, Heston, Hounslow, TW5 0EE.
