We are absolutely delighted to share some wonderful news for the residents of Heston. Thanks to a generous £300 donation from Suraj and the team at Jade Pharmacy, our brand-new Tai Chi classes are officially a reality!

As a cornerstone of health in our local community, Jade Pharmacy understands that wellness goes beyond the counter. Tai Chi, often described as "meditation in motion," is scientifically proven to improve heart health, reduce blood pressure, and significantly improve balance in seniors.
Without this kind of local business support, launching new specialised classes can be a huge financial hurdle for a non-profit like HWC. Suraj’s donation has directly funded the "seed costs" for these sessions, ensuring we can provide high-quality Tai Chi instruction to our community from day one.
Why Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is a perfect addition to our existing Chair Yoga programme. It offers a gentle but effective way for our participants to:
