We are delighted once again to express our huge thanks to Sanjay and the wonderful team at Right at Home (Heston & Brentford) for their incredibly generous sponsorship donation of £500 to the Heston Wellness Centre (HWC). This is the second year running that they have very kindly supported HWC!
Why This Sponsorship Matters
At HWC, our Chair Yoga and Gentle Tai Chi classes are specifically designed to improve balance, core strength, and mobility for seniors. These are the exact physical foundations needed to prevent falls and help our elders build resilience and remain independent in their own homes for longer.
Sanjay and the team at Right at Home see the importance of this every day. As providers of home care, they understand that "wellness" is a team effort. Their donation is not just a gift; it is an investment in the physical resilience of Heston’s senior residents.
Ensuring Continuity of Care
Right at Home’s £500 contribution will be used directly to subsidise the hire of the Heston & District Community Association hall and also go towards some of the running costs for HWC. In a time where many community services are facing cuts, this support ensures that our classes remain available at the nominal £1 fee , removing financial barriers for many of the senior residents in our local community.
